Niyi Adekunle is a seasoned human capacity development expert, leadership consultant, pastor, author, and media communicator with over two decades of proven impact across faith, enterprise, and community development.

His work integrates theological depth, strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical wisdom — equipping him to serve effectively in boardrooms, classrooms, and pulpits. As founder and principal partner of Light for Living, he has delivered leadership and values formation programmes to public and private institutions across Africa.

As Senior Pastor of The Helper's House in Lagos, Niyi leads a community anchored in purposeful discipleship, community engagement, and the formation of whole, value-driven families. His television programme Relationship and Life reaches thousands daily across Lagos Television, Dove TV, and BEN TV in the United Kingdom.

His podcast — the Daily Voice Devotional — has grown into a global movement, reaching listeners in over 50 countries and ranked among the Top 40 Christian Podcasts worldwide in 2025.
